Getting started

Four steps, then it runs

Everything you do happens before the first visit.

Tell us where

Enter the property address and choose how often you want service.

Pick your preference

Select your preferred recurring weekday. It’s a route preference, not a guaranteed appointment time.

We confirm the lawn

We collect the property details needed to finalise service and pricing.

We keep it handled

Once service begins, recurring mowing continues without repeated booking.

What’s included

What a routine visit covers

The same four things every time. Nothing to negotiate visit by visit.

Mowing

Routine mowing of the accessible lawn areas included in your recurring service, cut at a height suited to your grass type and the season.

Edging

Defined lawn edges along ordinary driveways, sidewalks, curbs and similar hard surfaces.

String trimming

Trimming around normal obstacles — fences, posts, trees and beds — and anywhere a mower cannot reach cleanly.

Cleanup

Grass clippings blown from ordinary hard surfaces after the routine cut.

Work outside a routine mow is quoted separately. Heavy overgrowth and storm debris are priced on their own, never added quietly to a visit.
Why recurring

The mowing was never the hard part

It’s the arranging that wears people down.

Booking it every time

  • Chasing quotes whenever the grass gets long
  • Re-explaining your gate and your yard
  • Long gaps, then a lawn that needs rescuing
  • No idea whether anyone is turning up

A standing schedule

  • Set up once, then it runs
  • Your property details stay on file
  • A steady rhythm keeps the lawn healthier
  • You hear from us when something moves
Scheduling & weather

Your day, handled honestly

You choose the weekday that suits you, and we work to keep your property on that recurring day.

We call it a preferred service day rather than an appointment, because weather and route conditions can move things. When a visit shifts, you hear about it.

What you can count on

  • A consistent recurring weekday
  • Notice when the schedule moves
  • The lawn picked back up, not skipped

Common questions

Quick answers

Do I need to be home?

Usually not. As long as we can reach the areas being serviced, most customers are at work or out when we come by.

Can I choose my mowing day?

Yes. You pick a preferred weekday when you sign up and we work to keep your property on that recurring day.

What happens when it rains?

We don’t just skip you. The visit moves and your property returns to its normal recurring day, and we let you know when the schedule changes.

How often will you mow?

Every two weeks or every week. Two weeks suits most Katy lawns for much of the year; weekly is better through peak growth.
